High separation rate copper wire granulator machine

PART 1.: Basic configuration:

1). 600 type crusher 1 set.(37kW motor, 2 sets blades,material SDK-11.).

2). 1 set of raw material conveyor(1.5 kW).

3). 1 setof air-flow sorting shaker (1.5 kW ), with 200 mesh screen.

4). 1 setof air suction / suction fans (4 kW ), 1 set of dust collection box.

5). 1 setof bottom wind fan (4 kW ).

6). 1 set of crushed material conveyor belt (0.75 kW).

7). 1 set of small vibrating screen  for copper particlessecondary sorting  (0.18 kW, separable brass piece joint), 1 set of small vibrating screen  for  plastic  particles secondary sorting (0.18 kW).  Measurement: L1.7*W0.6*H1.4(meters).

8). 1 set of water circulation cooling system (0.18 kW).

9). 1 set of copper particles  conveyor belt plus Magnetic Separator (0.75 kW).

10). 3grinderscreens (one each with  holes diameter of 3-4-5 mm).

11). Total power: 50.04 kilowatts, size: 3.9 meters long * 2 meters wide * 2.4 meters high.

Weight: about 3 tons.

Size of floor area after adding raw material conveyor belt:

7 meters long * 6 meters wide * 2.4 meters high.

12). Cable handling capacity:  diameter 0.5mm-20mm wire.

a).For copper with a content of less than 35% (for example, tricycle / motorcycle scrap line), 200-350 kg per hour.

b).For  copper content of  50% -70% (network cable as an example), 350-500 kg per hour.

c).For copper containing 55% -70% (for example, communication line / car line), 450-700 kg per hour.

d). For  cable wire cross-sectional areaover 1.5 mm²,600-800kg  per hour .

The purity of copper  particles  was 99% , and the copper residue in plastic was three thousandths (3 ‰).
